We raise Plains Bison (the American buffalo) in Kansas and our land was nicknamed "the Bison Farm" because it was surrounded by a farming community. We used that name for our main website www.BisonFarm.com and also for this site BisonFarmGiftShop.com, where you can order everything that portrays buffalo. 
 

And Kansas IS "where the buffalo roam" so we offer everything buffalo from buffalo jerky, hides, skulls, shirts, toys and bison related gift items on this website.

About the Buffalo

Plains bison roamed the Kansas prairie for centuries before it was taken from them. Now they are back roaming parts of the open prairie again thanks to us Kansans that want to repopulate the herds. By increasing their numbers, and using them in the circle of life, we are bringing them back to the Kansas prairie again.

These natives, nicknamed as buffalo, are wild creatures very attuned to their surroundings and us, as we co habitate the land together. We've learned to watch, respect, and give them the space to be themselves as a family herd as much as we can.

The bison provided food, shelter, and clothing for the Native Americans for centuries. They were part of their circle of life and ceremony. Buffalo are now fulfilling that role again to sustain people with nutrition they have harvested from the sun and grass, and us Kansas producers with a living and a way of life.

Bison are a proud animal, always having their family herd in mind, and we in turn are proud of them.
